Toxicity and perma bans

To be honest i really hate league for only one reason. And being realistic its only because of RIOT handling toxicity. I mean get this im not a toxic player coming to complain because i got banned or anythin. I did some thinking and its just not right... I know people who have been perma banner over 1 game of being really toxic. Now i know no game condones hateful speach or toxicity but on the other hand. you cant deny people's personnalities on some days people get more mad than others and some people just get triggered or mad easier and thats just a personnality issue on what they cant change. Permaban is an issue for league of legends players and perma bana dont belong in league of legends,especially not a game where almost everyone spends like 400 dollars. thats just a harsh and brutal punishment.SUGGESTION instead of perma ban you can COMPLETELY disable chat for a set amount of games, with the new pings integrated in the system its easier to communicate. Now im not talking for scripts and running down mid like tyler1, dont get me wrong i hate those types of players and everyone does too. And they definately deserve a perma ban or a 1 to 3 month ban. To conclude i dont think perma bans are fair in the case of toxicity. Some people arent in the mood to be harassed by some moron all the time and sometimes they strike back . If you are getting upset in your games (or anything in life for that matter) the most mature way to handle that situation is to cool off and just take a break. This is a game and it should be relaxing. I know this is a competitive game, but the same thing applies to this. If you get that mad and you need to vent out in the chat using racial slurs and other derogatory word, or even threaten to kill them joking or not shouldnt even come into mind. You have better ways to vent. yell at the screen, punch a pillow. You can zero reasons to ever vent in chat especially since it not only disruptive for the chat, its does nothing to solve the problem and is irrelevant to the game.

With that said spending money on this game isnt a free pass to break the rules. Just like in real life when you break the rules you will suffer the consequences maybe not right at that moment, but you will get punished! They have talked about disabling chat, and sadly that doesnt work. It has already been shown that when people have their chat disabled they will get their point across by other means usually by trolling. So if it didnt work the first time why would it work this time around?

Permabans are sadly the only way to show that not only the Riot, but the community doesnt want to tolerate people like this. I personally dont mind a little trash talk, but there is a point where you dont cross. Riot sets the rules and we have to follow them, if not by all means find a game that does allow that and play that!

Plus theres a mute option. It takes two to tango. I just made a post about this exact same thing. chat ban ppl or fine them. permabanning ppl when everyone has the option of muting ppl is asinine af.

Even if someone says something that isn't derogatory or racially charged the auto bot bans you based off of pure luck at some points, I've had games where I'll get a chat restriction for asking someone to play better and just trying to give them some info based on what they're doing wrong but they'll be cussing left and right at me and not get anything. Those players never learn because one, the ban system for whatever reason does not crack down on them and two because it always feels like its a rigged game. I've been permabanned twice for "very uber toxic behavior" when most of the games that come up with chat logs are me just asking and trying to explain to my teammates what they can do better, but they're stacked up and typically where one friend reports someone, another follows. Its a rigged system and I understand moderating the game for racial slurs but if anything the system should be like Counterstrike Global Offensives, don't get me wrong I know a lot of toxicity happens on there that is racially charged but your bots auto-detect you saying something like "get your sh*t together" and banning you off it is just wrong.
