12940th thread about premades in Ranked SoloQ!
Why on earth are you promoting this Riot ?
Premades are in no way beneficial for a team especially in a ranked game .
Premades split the team in 2 , one team being them and the other team being the 3 players left.
Premades tend to dictate the game. You're helpless if 2 players go a certain way, you have to either follow them in a possibly bad fight either let them go alone and watch them die.
Being able to duo helps trolls come in your game in numbers.
Premades tend to agree with each other even when one of them is wrong. If one of them bashes you, the other one will probably follow . If one of you gets mad at you and refuses to help you, the other one will most likely do the same.
Premades influence others in reporting innocent people. If an enemy team sees 2 people in all chat telling them to report someone for something they will most likely report the dude. They also influence your own teammates view of you. If the premades blame you for something, your other teammates might just easily follow .
What duo`ing basically does, is transfering the power of 2 people to one mentality . It's like one player controlling 2 accounts.
They protect each other in irrational ways. If one of them dies and blames the jungler, the other will also start blaming the jungler even if he clearly sees that his duo partner is clearly getting outplayed .
What are the benefits that the other 3 solo players get from having a premade in their team ?
What are the benefits in general of allowing duo premades in ranked games other than giving more power to 2 of the 5 players in a team ? And not only that you give them more power, you also start giving them bonuses now .
I'm totally disgusted by this promotion of premades in a queue where they aren't even supposed to exist !
I think your decisions come from testing those kind of player behavior and gameplay related features in a positive environment where nothing can actually go wrong. And then you accept it as being good and everything bad that happens to it after, being an exception.
But I be damned if those are exceptions. Premades to this every single time more or less
