To inflict Poison should NEVER be a means to BUFF yourself. It should DEBILITATE!

THAT is what ****s on Cassiopeia's rework the most. THAT is why people hate her E being emphasized at the expense of her Q and W.

Before, the debilitation comes at damage it deals, to wear the opponent down. Making it slow slightly more at the final level doesn't cut it.

Cassiopeia's fantasy is that of a poison mage. (poison, not venom, because she isn't injecting it)

**Right now, her poison is only a means to do positive upon Cassiopeia. To allow her to spam her buffed up E. To make herself stronger over a long period of time.

THIS IS THE OPPOSITE OF WHAT POISON SHOULD BE DOING.

Poison should weaken. Poison should debilitate. THAT is what makes inflicting a long lasting poison satisfying. Instead of making Cassiopeia stronger, it should make her opponents WEAKER. **

If you gut her DoT damage, that's stupid and kills what makes her fun. But still salvageable if you made it equally satisfying in the end. But no, you shat on the concept of poison as a status and went the OPPOSITE direction. THAT is why I hate it.

You should have nerfed her E's damage and buffed her Q and W damage to make her more DoT-centric. You want to preserve the idea of hitting poisoned targets with her fangs for maximal damage output? Fine. But do it in such a way that emphasize her poison's damage please, not her E's damage. Don't make her poison serve her fangs. Make her fangs serve her poison. Hitting unpoisoned target with her E should do nothing like always. Hitting a poisoned target with her E should somehow enhance her poison. THIS is the direction you should have went to preserve her identity.

This, is why I am disappointed with the rework. This is why I'm frustrated that you only ever listen to the people in PBE and completely ignore everyone not in PBE.
