For just 6300 IP/975RP thats the low low cost of just 10 WHOLE DOLLARS, you will get Lulu and unlike nasus her ult's health scales on ap :D. Since riot decided to make supports mid laners that just go bot lane back at the start of season 4 and buy a sightstone season 4 she gets 533 ap from the 4 items she gets that give ap and that's assuming she doesn't just drop item 3092 and buy another damage item like item 3165 by end game that would be almost 900 HP from an instant cast ult that also slows so good luck killing (or at the least peeling off) that assassin who just jumped on your back line.

Or perhaps you are the assassin vs lulu...you know what azir that kids like to play now-a-days to ruin the 30 minutes you'll probably spend just trying to catch up? Well good luck when you finally do because Lulu will be there to give you an overpowered yordle magic slap back down to the bottom. And if you order now we'll give you TANKS GONE WILD VOLUMES 1 THROUGH 16 if you thought that nautilus was naughty before you haven't seen anything yet ;]. but wait...THERES MORE IF YOU ORDER WITHIN THE NEXT 10 SECONDS AND WE WILL SEND YOU A FREE COPY OF "EXTRA BULL***" FOR ABSOLUTELY FREE!!! YES THATS RIGHT 100% FREE!!! Experience what its like to watch a tryndamere go from near death to crushing your dreams of shutting him down,or the joy of zac holding you in place like you're riven in a new stripper skin. GET YOURS TODAY :D

nasus ult deals % health damage every second to enemies around him, and converts a portion of the damage dealt into attack damage.

lulus ult has a knockup.

so basically entiely different.

^This. Funfact : If you stay inside the area of Nasus' ult you basically take 75% of your max health in magic damage. And that's with 0 AP.

with 0 mr which the lowest i have seen on any champion was 30+

Correction: You still take that much magic damage, you just don't lose that much health.

Nunya Bezwacks2 votes

err...what kind of stupid....you don't lose as much health because you don't take as much damage...do you not know how resistances work?

Stray Kat3 votes

From the standpoint of the game code, you still TAKE that damage. It still goes from Nasus to you. But your resistances are between the "Receive damage" And "Remove health" parts of it basically. So there's "Receive Damage" "Reduce Damage with resistance" "Remove health". So technically he's right, you still take that damage, it just doesn't all effect you. The new WotA is a perfect example, considering it heals off of damage PRE-reduction, so it obviously still hits them but is then reduced before it effects their health.

so i'm suppose to believe some random guy online about coding he has never seen? When all they would have to do is set the game to have priorities and make items like item 3152 and item 3075 have a higher priority then resistances and resistances higher then damage.

  1. SimplyIntricate gave a pretty basic workflow for damage calculations. Using priority for damage calculations would be unnecessarily complex and would leave too much room for errors.
  2. Riot has mentioned how parts of their system work at various places over the years.

they both give 300/450/600 health they both increase size they both have aura's,one does damage(doesn't do support shit) one slows(does support shit) funny the exact same ult except one small difference....funny how you know so little about the abilities your talking about...

Why do you need to desperately try to say that it's wrong to say 'take' or 'receive' x dmg is different than losing x health?

It's OBVIOUS that by that we mean the amount of damage inflicted before being reduced by resist. And any way, the code is not a series of English sentences explaining how it works, so saying "receive damage", "reduce damage", "remove health" etc. is just an explanation for how it works, not how it is coded. You're making yourself a fool by thinking people are extremely stupid.

no you think im a fool because you're extremely stupid not my problem.

You need 600 AP for Lulu ultimate to provide 900 Health. At that point you have ~4 large AP items and are essentially a mage with Sightstone.
I can only imagine your rage at seeing a good Zyra, Vel'koz, or Annie support with similar AP.

Nasus main here. Still downvoted you for your attitude, ranting, all-caps, insulting anyone who disagrees, and inability to comprehend reasons for differences between champion kits and abilities.
