Infuse/Equinox
Infuse: If Soraka targets an ally, she sacrifices a small portion of her own mana to restore some mana to that ally. Soraka cannot use it on herself.
Equinox: If Soraka targets an enemy or the ground, Soraka creates a zone that silences and deal magic damage to enemy champions in it. When the zone expires, all enemies still inside it are rooted.
Deep Terror Nami1 votesTargeting an ally but giving them mana when you are trying to protect them from a melee in their face would be a huge problem. Why not simply give a little mana to allies inside the zone?

I'm unsure how it'd be weird, maybe I didn't explain what I meant properly; I mean you'd use Equinox exactly as you currently do, but when allies step in the area they get some mana (still silences/roots as normal for enemies whether an ally gets mana or not). Or is that actually weird?
Arakadia1 votesProbably they didn't want to give her too much power and that would make some champions like MF and Lucian even stronger in lane before they get ER.
