Vlad Changes on PBE

So Vlad is getting changed with 6.13. His passive will be changed to what it was before to promote building Damage.

6.13: Every 40 points of health grants 1 extra AP... Every 1 point of AP grants 1.4 extra Health

6.12: Every 25 points of health grants 1 extra AP... Every 1 point of AP grants 1 extra Health

This is being introduced with some nerfs to Transfusion's base numbers (pretty serious at levels 4 and 5) in exchange for increasing the AP scaling to 55% (from 45%).

With this in mind, how is this going to impact the meta build for Vlad?

Right now, on Probuilds you have Spirit Visage consistently being built as either first or second item for the most part. The players will vary their builds based on the enemy with a consistent and general focus on hitting the CDR cap as fast as possible.

Will Vlad be built the same way or will we see a return to full AP builds? I expect the focus on maxing CDR will remain but will players stick with an early Spirit Visage (knowing that it will now grant a lot less AP) or will it be removed in favour of other items giving more AP?

Never stopped building Vlad AP, but now I won't need to have a Visage in my build every game.

And of course, never forget to sell boots for Luden's once you have the gold.

Spirit Visage stilll wins you 99% of your AP Matchups on its own so I guess nothing will change much. The base damage nerf is only like 25 I think so its a buff after 250 AP(Youll get 100 for Rylais anyways and after Rabadons you're better than before)

I guess itll be SV-> Rylais/Protobelt-> Zhonyas -> Rabadons with Lucidity/Swiftness Boots somewhere in between
