Why make a ranked system in an unbalanced game?!?

Other than the fact that the game is no longer fun, since riot decided to start making all them "evolutionary" changes (when in reality they ruined the game completely), there are so many champions that are completely out of balance to the point that if they are not banned its basically an insta-loss. It doesn't matter if you try to counter them they will still get a kill some how or farm up while you're busy trying to stop other unbalanced champions from stomping you that you will end up.... whats the word.... STOMPED.

Question is in the title, the game is unbalanced, there are so many op champions and we can only ban 6 per game.. if I had my way I'd ban more than half of the champion pool because it has become too much handle the stomps. So why riot? why ruin the game and still keep a ranked system? Its either items on some champs or the champs are just too broken to handle and as well I have a feeling that the queues are unfair. Some how one team is full of retards and the other is full of pros and the game goes 30-2 by minute 20. There were so many games I wished I could surrender at minute 10 because I couldn't until minute 20, and I'm not a pro I had no choice but to basically, indirectly, feed until minute 20 and then surrender.

TL;DR: Please bring back the patches with Twisted Treeline (the old one) and remove those weird items the game is no longer fun.
