Duo Q MMR fixed?

We all know that Duo Qing with a partner has been one hell of a punishment to the MMR. Win many, not much will happen. Gz u won, normal MMR gain. Lose? Lol where u think ya going with that promo? Take -3k MMR and get matched with worse and worse players. So what I'm wondering is, since Season 6 favors the ones with a big group in Ranked, or at least they want us to play Ranked with friends, will they remove the huge MMR punishment? Have they already?

They removed it for dynamic queue. The other queues, I don't know.
