Should Nasus ult deal 1 true damage for tower aggro purposes?

His ultimate already deals AoE magic damage-

if you didn't get it the first two times he ult already does damage

What? IT already does damage.

After multiple rounds of rigorous scientific testing, enacted concurrently with various peers in the field, I have come to the conclusion that Nasus's ultimate already possesses the ability to provide damage on the enemy team's champions. Whether or not this damage is equal to or greater than an arbitrarily significant amount of damage still remains to be seen. Further testing to follow.
