Reduce tether length and add delay before blinking back so she cant dive without taking any damage.
The way she is now she is putting out too much damage for too safe of a champion.

They can give her the rakan treatment: Gut her dash speed so she has to catch a tower shot before she instantly blinks back.
But whenever I see a LB, I just pick TF. She loves point and click "F U" cards.
