Zoe got nerfed TOO much. Suggested Fix
Don't get me wrong, as someone who enjoyed playing her I know she was overpowered. I don't think anyone should go from 100-0 unless you've been afk for half the game.
But these's nerfs hit her too hard. **She's supposed to be a high skill, high damage and high CC champ. **
Her CC is gutted. She has no waveclear. Plenty of other champs can one shot those caster minions after enough time in game. There's no reason Zoe also shouldn't be able to when she's supposed to have high waveclear.
She's supposed to have skill shots. Her paddle star and sleepy trouble bubble are her skill shots. Her Q she has to land it's hit, especially if it's getting redirected and give the enemy time to react.. I think taking away/lowering the AOE damage towards enemy champions is fair. Giving the enemy the option to cleanse her stun is another chance for them to dodge her, where as before it was almost a guaranteed hit. This means unless your cleanse active is up you shouldn't chance getting too close to her. Just as when her stun is down she shouldn't chance getting to close to you with her lack of mobility.
Her sleepy trouble bubble and portal jump add to her damage. I think it's really neat to have her whole kit surround her one damaging ability. She is a burst mage after all, and I see no reason why having her combo'ing someone shouldn't result in a kill. Having her E add extra damage and her R create that extra distance for more damage is great. But I think that's meant for more of a mid to late game damage. Having that kill potential early on doesn't give the enemy any time to catch up or stop her from snowballing.
EDIT: I forgot to mention I think her E and R should have higher cool downs. Having them up all the time is more spam than skill.
Overall I think she needs some damage back, but not too much in the early game. And she definitely needs her ability to crowd control back up.
