how to assasinate with new shaco?

so riot i'm a dirty shaco player and i obviously have no idea how to play him because no matter how fed i am no matter my build i can't do better then chunking maybe half hp on squishy with a full combo + active items + tri force how on earth am i suppose to assassinate people, you designed him tell me what secret op thing am i not doing, or have you simply not updated his info and changed him from assasin to ward?

seriously the % missing hp dmg on his E is a joke and should just be removed and 5 base dmg really? 5 base dmg for my only nuke in my kit in 2017 what on earth do i do i feel like i'm kicking myself in the nads playing this champion literally can not gain an advantage or press one. :/ pretty sure teemo has higher base stats and better consistency then me at this point q_q
