Riot's opinion on live Shaco? stats winrate etc.

if anyone knows where this info is already available i'd appreciate being pointed towards it.

so the assassin rework happened some got reworks some got nerfs some got buffs shaco over all got nerfs across the board so can i get an idea of what the opinion on live shaco's stats/winrate etc. are? are they happy with him do they think he's still to oppressive does he need some nerf reverting?

personally i can live with Q nerfs and passive nerfs but the E being changed to 5 base dmg feels like a bad april fools joke :x i don't know any other champion with only 1 damaging spell that has such awful baseline and i was just wondering if he has a full rework in the works or if he'll be changed again soon or if im living with these changes for awhile? i sincerely am just wondering as he was promised a rework yrs ago it never happened and now we got a mini rework and im just wondering what HQ thinks after the mini rework. and seeing as shaco isn't super popular it's hard to find any accurate info sense ppl had no flippen idea what he did b4 or what he does now or what's different :l
