This champion is toxic and unfair. It has ruined my league experience. I am reluctant to continue playing because this dumbass fish can flop on you every 4 seconds at max CDR, which, since he's an AP champion, you're going to be building that in most of your items.

His ult hitbox is fucking massive, probably the most fat missile in this game. Bigger than morgana Q, and travels quickly.

Late game when he has movement speed and everything else, hes hard to deal with but even then, I've mastered the art of letting him get off his troll pole and then go hard on him.

I do enjoy Sky Williams, but this champion should not exist. Why is this the only champion with a basic ability on a four second cooldown that can press E and win while being untargetable. Literally this champion is toxic, just like your post.

At rank 5 with 45% CDR he's still slightly above 4 seconds :P. So if he maxes E first, then the soonest it can be on "4 second cool down" is with 45% cdr at level 9.
Stop using your CC on him BEFORE he uses his E and keep your distance. If he wants to close the gap he has to use his e to get to you into his Q. So AFTER he uses his E, use your CC. Especially if playing a champion like lux, you land a binding and he's dead. Talon is a fun skill match up, taking Quinn mid against Fizz is also a funny match up. Ekko could probably do well against fizz as well.
Who are you playing against fizz as? Have you built any mr? Hell if worse comes to worse just take galio into him and when he qs into you, ult.

Punish him early game. He's melee and his pre-level 6 isn't overly strong unless you have a squishy jello champ mid.
His passive essentially makes him immune to minion agro and basic attacks. 9 times out of 10 the mid lane DPS is going to be squishy. You cannot punish his early game without having a jungler with early game presure sitting on top of your lane.
LaughingMan113 votesPlay Cass or Malz, drop your rather large AoE under him when he troll polls, proceed to kick his face in because he pretty much has to land on it before doing anything else. Also, if you time malz wall well enough you can silence him as he lands from his E as well making any further attempts at damage rather futile as you ult him in the face while hes silenced. Cass can also ult him if he tries to go in on you rather effectively, and then you burst him down while he has to wait for his ult to go off.
KazaJhodo2 votesI think the fix would be to make the troll poll only move in one direction. Currently you can engage and disengage with it or vise versa. If fizz had to either commit or escape with it, it would offer good counter play, and he wouldn't be able to just escape from anything.
Currently if fizz wants to do anything the answer is e. Escape, attack, doesn't matter, you don't have to think to hard about it, just e away or in. Still in trouble? q, still? wtf, flash.
There is plenty of counterplay to him, but there is also a reason why hes a low elo wonder. Super easy to play and powerful with range and a kit that makes up for nearly any blunder. Perfect for bronze.
