its not about them needing a little small buffs, its about riot blatantly ignoring the fact that theres a pool of 20 strong probably over the top champions, a group of 40 top most picked/played champions (overlapping here). a large chunk of 65 mediocre champions have their uses and lacking areas, and the bottom 15champions who rarely see play and are more or less weaker if not completley niche usage.

riot doesn't care. if they did they would be far more liberal with changes and throw things at the wall in PBE until all champions become even in win rate and pick rate, but they dont, they only see "are there any outliars above 60% win rate or below 40% win rate"

Not all underplayed champs are bad. MF for example is too fucking snowbally right now, so yes they should remove minions stopping passive, they should reduce her power elsewhere. Other champs like Yorick are strong, but they need to be in the right game. Yorick is extremely oppressive in lane and hard to 1v1 early, but there are champs that can still beat him.

Solid thread, even if I disagree with a lot of things,it's good to remind riot that some champions are not in a good spot(even if you are wrong about some).

Uhmm on shen's case i would rather his Energy consumption could be reduced a bit? You hardly get to use any skills in a fight with him because the energy consumption of all his skills is insane. ( Except the ult which doesn't consume anything )

At lv 1 his ult is mostly a teleport not a reliable shield to save someone tbh.

IMHO, Aatrox, Mundo, Fiora, Vieger, and Zyra are all fine. MF needs her ult ratio upped badly. Her ult is pretty underpowered.

I play Warwick all the time and he seems to get a pretty good amount of kills through Ganking,Rushing,Double Teams, and the Exhaust spell. He excels at getting enemies that are hurt and can't move quickly. (Just my 2 cents)

I actually agree the damage on his ult might need buffs.

But only if he stops dealing damage if you stop his channel, seriously,it's fucking retarded.

Fiora - Fucking no.

This bitch is already stupidly snow bally with insane sticking power. She doesn't need ANYTHING. Maybe a nerf to her early game stats. I am serious.
