Ohmwrecker Suggestion

Ohmwrecker is an OK item that no one dares to build. The stats are great, but the active is not very useful. It's much more niche compared to other items, leaving it in a bad spot.

So what about just giving Ohmwrecker an active that increases allied champion's damage to an enemy turret by, say, 25%? Something like this:

Active: UNIQUE- HOME WRECKER: Allied champions within 600 units gain the buff Homewrecker, granting 5% movement speed around enemy structures and 25% extra damage to enemy structures for 8 seconds. Allied champions cannot receive the buff Homewrecker if they have received it in the last 30 seconds. (120 second cooldown)
