People do complain about her, and she already got nerfs on pbe right after the patch anyways.
They can't be compared either, you were guaranteed to die to WW even if you were a tank just because he pressed R and smited you, he also went top lane with smite sometimes, Sej isn't 100-0ing anyone just by pressing R, she's good for entirely different reasons.

Sejuani doesn't press 2 buttons to delete you. She is just unkillable. Theres a substantial difference.
Sejuani's ban rate is less than ten percent. Warwick had a ban rate of over 90 percent.
People were deliberately afk'ing in games where their team leader forgot to ban or pick warwick.

Ah, come on, man. There's a difference between a high Sej win rate and a high WW win rate. Just like there'd be a difference between a high Maokai win rate and a (hypothetical) high Garen win rate. Warwick is uninteractive. He doesn't offer much at all except occasionally not letting you do anything. Sej can gank without ult, can fight effectively without (necessarily) locking people down, doesn't heal ridiculously off of her entire kit, etc. You can have fun losing to a Sejuani. You really can't have fun losing to a dominating WW unless he's just got the trolliest of troll builds going on.
Also, you've gotta understand that a lot of this isn't just about Sej getting nerfed. It's about Lee Sin not getting nerfed. Smart? I think the jury's still out in this case. But some people on here are pretty bitter.
People despise burst damage, if you think about it Zed, Lee, Jarvan, Warwick, and a plethora of others...
God forbid if they have cc coupled with it people DO however love tanks that can seemingly 1v5, remaining brick walls of death that stand unphased before their team tanking the full kits of entire enemy champs without worry or care. And if it happens to couple well with a liandry's torment, then this is picture perfect. "Dodge the sejuani ult, duh"
