Really, that 100 gold increase on upgraded jungle item is so not necessary

I miss how I grab the blue buff and clear the other 2 camps, then one camp on the red buff, and I have enough gold to purchase:

• upgraded jungle item
• 3
• 1
• 1

Now, I have no idea. Seems Rito doesn't want even the jungler to contribute more to the team with that extra 75 gold ward.....
