If I pick "Fill" 10 games in a row, and all 10 games get support

fill = fill

fill =/= random role

Nope. It's fill for a reason. Why fill exists at all when it literally just means support? I have no idea.

No. If you pick fill, you get whatever role is open at that time. Support is open, so you get support.

Honestly if you don't want support, don't pick fill.

you get fill because it means the open role that is the quickest for you to get in. and that is almost Always support since not many people like playing support with some random adc who doesn't know their playstyle for example and supps. not many people know how to play good with them.

i filled over 50-60 times. only a single time i got something that isn't support. one single time.

It's because there's not enough people queuing up for support. I'm a support main and while my queue times were really small, I got games where I'm paired up with and against players ranging from B2 to P4. I was Silver up until this week. I know I'm not the only support that had this issue. It's just that the role is really really....REALLY unpopular.
