We can now assume Shen's rework is a fail

Poppy and Fiora and many others didn't have those ridiculous stats at launch. Shen's rework is unfun, weak and lacking everything for every role he plays. He lost his tankiness, sustain, poke and ninjahood. It would be time to accept it or just let the champion die.

EDIT : I don't know why people are downvoting this, i'm just pointing an obvious fact. If you want to let Shen be Yorick then so be it, don't go complaining later.

I love and miss the Old Shen.

With that being said, the new Shen isn't a bad champ, it's just not Shen. He should of been a new champ with a different E and R.

But I would love a reversal and get old Shen back and they could develop this new Champ a bit better...

I coulda told you that as soon as I saw the rework. The ONLY way it was going to not suck was if the kit numbers were artificially inflated to truly obnoxious levels (they tried, but apparently 21% max HP damage on-hit at level 9+ isn't enough).

Whatever. I'm past caring. Riot killed Shen and he's never coming back, so just move on.

You're complaining about a champion that literally JUST got changed this patch? How can you call it a fail when he hasn't even been touched in numbers yet? Give it time. It'll even out eventually.

He'll most likely need number buffs (which in turn will make him obnoxious) yet still have the same faults of being trash against ranged enemies and the like.

It might be a bit early with pulling out the pitchforks and lighting up the torches but it's better to get to it when things can still be done.

It's funny because Poppy AND Fiora both had such stats at launch. Poppy had a VERY low win rate around 40% and Fiora was hotfixed with a buff.

Also, Shen did not lose his tankiness or ninjahood. He's more ninja now than then, even if slightly. Shen is fun for me.

However, I wish they would have added an interaction with his Spirit Blade in his E and R. Right now, the spirit blade feels like it's not a big enough part of his kit.
