Lebonkers

Leblanc has it all. Two jumps, with high damage and an additional blink packed into each. Her Q, which still deals considerable damage in the early game and silly amounts later. And then two-chains, which grant tons of cc and far too much rapping skills.

I would propose that the base damage of her jump be lowered at early ranks, so that she cant just oneshot you at level 3.

Additionally, an increased cooldown for mimic would not go unthanked.

You are a liar. Leblanc does not have three jumps.

To actually respond to your post, I don't think that mimic's cooldown will be increased. I know "moments of weakness" exist, but Leblanc is about chaining her abilities together.

I never said that leblanc had three jumps. She has two, and each can blink back to the initial location.

I said that she has two jumps and two blinks.

It was a joke... You said that she has it all...

I'll just leave...

If she's a combo burst mage, then she doesn't need all the overloaded crap she has.

You can call Leblanc many things, but "overloaded" is not one of them. She has a single target stun, a dash and a point and click damaging ability, all of which she can mimic. That is it. She may be overtuned, but she isn't "overloaded".

Low CDs, spammable teleport, massive burst, .4 second combo time, has a slow, has an insanely long range snare and a wickedly low cooldown ultimate.

What more is an AP assassin mage going to want,..
