What kind of leaver buster bowlSH*t is this??

my last game loaded up and my pc took a crap. I restarted and loaded back in. by the time I made it back in my team and the enemy team was lvl 8, I was still lvl 1. I managed to claw my way up AND EVEN over the enemy jg. I was, in my opinon a pretty good influence in our win. YA WE STILL WON. yet I get this nifty leaver buster message?? I understand if we had actually lost but we didn't. this also was my first disconnect in freaking ages. Luckily it was draft pick so I didn't miss out on any LP but still this is a joke
