Zilean reword

Passive Paradox theory - zilean creates a paradox allowing him to recast a basic spell regardless of CD once every 25/20/15/10 seconds (CD reduces at 6/11/16), casting a spell teduces the CD of this effect by 2 seconds

The effect would work like this, spell goes CD and turns orange, showing if you recast it it will use paradox theory to recast the spell, while having the actual spell CDf shown similar to how rengar said ferocity works

This effect works like rewind currently does but opens zilean for a new spell in W

Q would remain the same except the double bomb stun is removed

W Time stop- zileans next AA stuns the target and restores 30/60/90/120/150 mana to zilean (no mana cost) if zilean uses this ability on an enemy with his Q on then the bomb detonated instantly and applies he stun to all enemy targets effected

E time bubble- zilean places a time bubble on the ground that slows all enemies and speeds up all allies passing through it by 70% that lasts 3 seconds) leveling this ability increases the size of its effect (similar to anivia wall) if a Q is thrown into a time bubble it will instantly detonate a d pull all enemy champions to the center of the time bubble and root them for 1 second. (This effect removes the time bubble regardless of its remaining not duration)

R would remain the same but also gives a passive 10/20/30% spell penetration on bonus magic resistance (he still only has 1 damaging spell, but more utility, this helps keep his damage relevant but not overbearing to MR stacking)

Need more vision on this, use your trinket to ward it!

these are good ideas, another passive could be making it so that when he stands still, he leaves a ghost of himself, and when he or a nearby ally clicks it, they "flash" to it.

in any case, he needs 1 more spell that deals damage

The new W could be given some bonus damage, I didn't want to over load it with mana, stun, and damage though. But depending on spell costs it could lose the mana and change to be a Damage enhancer

TF's been reworked multiple times. Ult use to be a basic ability, Teleport anywhere on the map level 1. And this is the boards, it's here for you to throw ideas around.

They didn't give zil a rework, they gave into the QQ about him and nerfed his Q W and R, thinking the E buff would make up for it

What they did, made Q a skill shot (nerf) now stuns if you can land 2 on same target (net equal for now being a skill shot) Made W not effect his ult (nerf) Raised CD on R (nerf) Changed E to not gain duration per level but % move speed per level resulting in a net nutral effect as it gained more power in the speed, but the duration got nerfed by 50%

That isnt a rework, it's giving into QQ and calling it a rework

They also nerfed his passive from global to be stand by me we share exp so you don't get 100% but it's a little more than the others get

He has the same issues as before

Q is only damage He can outrun anything with E His passive is useless after lvl 18 And he has an ability that feels like it does nothing for him W because all it is is. Use my other ability again!

They didn't rework zilean, they moved power around, nerfed him in almost every aspect, and called it a rework, without fixing any of his actual issues

they could make the second bomb prioritize attaching to the target with the first one and reduce general cooldowns
