They're WAY to high for a character ENCOURAGED to go support role. Tune up his AP ratios Lower his base damage, ACTUALLY MAKE him BUY AP, instead of being able to stack PURE MANA and Still delete a signifigant chunk of the ADC"s health bar at level 5, with his Easy- AF 'skillshot' bomb.

He has only 1 damaging ability and its a skillshot...
