Can we revert the Kog'maw changes please?
Ap Kog wasnt very strong since preseason but this patch killed him. Meanwhile ad Kog has the highest winrate of all adcs and his q is useless now. It isn't even leveled up until level 13.

So build him Ad and get on the bandwagon
ad kog maw if protected properly is extremely deadly on par with jhin maybe even stronger due to the fact he doesn't have to reload
His Q isn't useless, it's nice to tag someone with before starting a fight i guess
