Garen is pretty busted and super frustrating to lane against. When i first noticed how retarded garen was i just said to myself, "well he prob just seems broken becuz im in low elo and dont know how to lane against him and hes prob easily countered in higher elos." NO this mofo has one of the highest wnr in plat+ even tho hes just supposed to be a "noobstomper"

the only part i am ok with is that garen cant really 1v9 hard carry but even so he is so damn annoying to deal with. you either pick him or ban him.

Don't list champion strengths, it doesn't actually help your point and makes your post feel low effort.
Instead of statements like "X is busted" start asking questions about why X is strong.

Right now the meta is bringing out a lot of champions that Garen naturally does well against. His current level of strength is the same as it was when he last had a 49% win rate, so it's really not his own strengths that are propping him up. His counters still counter him just as hard, it's just that the play rate of his counters has dropped significantly at all ranks.

If you don't mind me asking what champions are you playing against him, or are you seeing played against him?

Maybe, Everyone is a Trash Can till Diamond 5? That would explain why People cant Lane against him.

The fact that he can win lane without thinking similar to Tryndamere and Darius is very oppresive. Poke doesn't mean shit later on because of his passive and he can whittle anyone down.
