I sincerely think Rylais needs a hard nerf for certain reasons

1) Too cost efficient. You get 100 AP 400 Health and slow which on AP champs make their life 2) Makes It near impossible to escape any AP champ with said kit ( Viktor,Azir,Le blanc,Fizz,Ekko etc ) Once hit, You're getting hit by everything else. 3) Survivability. 400 health is a lot. Mixed with Liandrys

Along with every point you already made. When mages buy RoA + Rylais every single game, it gives them an extra 1k hp. Once squishy champion are now running around with 3k hp and never dying. It throws the balance of everything off

Yeah and their is no trade off. Rylais gives enough AP mixed with liandrys % health... You'll do a shit ton of damage no problem

I agree completely with you, Rylais is also part of the reason Azir will always be useful no matter how much they nerf him.

People can down vote you all they want, feeling that it's just another "Down with mages, everyone build AD master race" post, but it's very obvious that RoA and Rlyais are far too strong and offer far far too much offense as a defensive item.
