Can Thresh get a small easter egg?
Make his lantern glow brighter if an enemy Lucian is nearby.

It would limit some possibilities that would otherwise be there for the Lucian player.

What are we going to do if Thresh and Lucian get subsequently disabled due to something really dumb which will appear in the patch notes after like: "Fixed bug where if Lucian recalled while Thresh is in the game the enemy team would gain true sight of him all game" I'm not sure I'm willing to risk the ensuing spaghetti for a change that doesn't add much.

LostFr0st1 votesFiora's script is also much more recent, and she marks vitals while the enemy is in a bush.
Would need and extra exception for Lucian walking into a bush, exceptions for warded bushes, exceptions for when a ward times out with a Lucian in a bush... would need to check the interaction for any sight-giving abilities or items in the game...
