Help, I'm bad and don't know how to get better

Hello. I'm a Morde otp with an Olaf in my pocket when he's banned.

I prefer to out farm my laner to get more gold, have better items, and crush them beneath my mace.

Almost every game I get 3 or 4 people my lane that camp me over and over again, thus me getting behind and feeding by mid game.

I hyper focus farm, and objectives like towers and drakes for moar tower seige.

I find myself feeding all the time, even when I'm under tower.

Someone please coach me a bit please. I've been playing league for 4 years and I'm still B5. The highest I've been has been Silver 4.

My Mord mechanics are pretty good I'd say, but I think I'm missing important aspects of game knowledge.

Something I'm bad at is skillshots, but that's why I play Mord.
