Takes an insane amount of time to start a game

First there is queuing, waiting for 10 people, then all 10 have to accept which often not all do so you go in the queue multiple times.

Then in match up everyone's given the chance to "claim" their desired champ.

THEN there is banning champs for each team. Which often people have already lost attention because of how long this stuff is taking so the match up is lost and we start from step one over again.

THEN everyone picks their champs. which if you don't the match up is lost and you start over again from step one.

FINALLY the count down to start LOADING the match which also takes a long time on most cases.

This makes starting a match an annoying and long process, as the game itself takes an average of 30-40 minutes. I feel a "quick" champ pick/ban system should be started so that if you are someone who will play or ban a certain champ regardless of the other teams selection then when it's your turn the pick is automatically selected and doesn't waste more time. A possible solution to part of the problem.

They really need to lower the amount of time allotted for choosing a champion to ban and/or choosing a champion. It doesn't take more than 15-20 seconds to do that.

Also the minions should spawn at 35 seconds this whole join the game and wait for 2 minutes before anything happens is super annoying.

I mean if you want to start a match up quickly we have modes that already do that. Like Normal Blinds, ARAM, etc. The main reason other modes are this long is because you are suppose to pay attention. We continue to have problems with people not paying attention and because of this people forget to change masteries/runes and Spells. This was much more common when champ select was quick. its still apparent when playing in the above modes i mentions.
