Nope sorry I can't beat him. He has more armor and MR than our tank, and can still kill said tank in <3 seconds, with basically no risk.

Pretty much... Just about as bad as Twitch and a few other champs with Dmg over time being neglected. The True Dmg isn't anything worth it's salt...so

Now let's wait here patiently for the "you know, I haven't had that experience. I've played over X number of games and I've only encountered a real live honest to goodness troll just once. Perhaps you are just really unlucky." type comments.

I mean riot, bless your hearts, but 'viral marketing' these one liners is only going to go so far.

Well Ekko really isn't that much of a tank from what I can tell, just try not feeding him? on the other hand I know much more serious tanky fighter issues ( MasterYi Irelia Quinn )

He is not "a tank", but his ability to build tank items, then dive in, get kills, and jump back out with no recourse is a bit ridiculous. An AP Ekko gets effectively the same results, but has a chance to die when he is in the fight. Hence why no one really seems to play Ekko AP anymore.

I think you mean to reply to Viva...but ya. I have heard of some tanky Quinn issues. She has a similar lack of vulnerability issue.

I've built a tanky quinn...and she sucks this way! With masteries in place, t2 + t3 runes, and a bit of armor...she loses her potency as a marksman and/or adc...not to mention she becomes an easy mark for AP's and JG's...
