[SUGGESTION] Make toxic players earn back the right to play instead of handing it

In DOTA they have a similar system where if you arm you get placed with other people who afk and have to win a couple games ( or something like that i haven't played it in 2 years). League should have something simaliar because atm you can be toxic and MAYBE get banned for a day or two and can just repeat the process over again. Instead they would have to show that they truly are reformed or face the wrath of a community of Tyler1's. Hopefully they can experience the same level of toxicity they have provided and learn from their mistakes. Thoughts?

It would be great if they put LPQ habitants into their own que because the thing that upsets me most about this game is the plethora of AFK's you see. If they aren't going to have enough common sense to treat AFK toxicity like chat toxicity then the least they can do is this so those of us who are responsible and don't play on shit or leave games don't have to deal with them and in turn eliminate chat toxicity somewhat.
