Riot, fix your way of detecting afk players

Just played a game as where our support died 4 times then dc'ed, came back only to move to inhib once every 3 mins or so to avoid being afk, the whole time just autoing creeps or taking raptors then sitting at base.

Of course she will not get banned for this.

Please find a way to detect these players riot, it's not fair that people who flame can get banned instantly and people like her can just do shit like that and evade being banned.
