More prerequisites for ranked
I feel the reason why low elo is so bad, is because everyone hits fresh 30 and jumps right into ranked. I feel we need a system where people need a certain amount of normal games played first or something.

qViolet1 votesI don't really think it's that big of a deal. I mean if you're running into really bad players, you're probably doing some yourself. If you're talking about the toxicity, I don't see how more games would really solve that.
