Anyone thinks Mordekaiser could use another rework?

Morde was left alone with tons of question marks in his head, such as if he specializes in solo or duo lane, should he focused as a DPS with his Q or a pure AP mage champion, what's his contribution to teamfights, & etc. Other than that, he has a very clunky kit (besides the Dragon ghost kit) which can be pretty done by facerolling when standing near an enemy opponent.

So here what I really wanted to know, does Mordekaiser need another rework? In the meantime, I wanted to start taking the time to lay out my rework ideas for Riot, and will post it as my next thread. Could take some time since I need to think carefully about the base/scaling damage & his kit synergy.

If you ask me he's a mess now that's so heavily feast or famine that if he's not dominating he does absolutely nothing. Funnily enough I just finished getting my bonus with him, and he was so unsatisfying to play.

They didn't fix a single thing when working on him, only added a retarded mechanic that allows him to get a pet dragon, which is a funny idea but meant his kit was nerfed and now he's truly just a mess. He needs a complete Sion level rework, all of his spells are boring/easy, straightforward, and not very satisfying for either player. Then again, he was part of the juggernaut update, and that entire update was questionable to say the least.
