SeargentAnus1 votesBecause if you go 40% Cdr you can get your E down to 6s CD and your Q down to a 2s CD while being able to perma peel/perma engage. You basically play as the best Utility tank in the game. Your damage is still enough to drop ADCs to around 400 HP.

LatetotheRace1 votesI think poppy's stun need to be changed so it actually misses or hits when it's suppose to. I have had her hit me in a straight line, and it go over 4 feet or so to the nearest wall, which felt really handicapish to me.
