New Miss Fortune Passive/E

So as most people know Miss Fortune is not exactly what you would call a strong adc because her lack of escape/cc. I way i think would fix this is 1. Change her passive. Personally i think her passive should work like the more damage Miss fortune takes the more movement speed she gets, so in a bad situation she can strut her way out. 2. Her e, i think they should either make the slow duration longer or make into something like Soraka's e, if stand in the full duration of make it rain you get stunned. Also i think she need model update/ texture update and maybe some sort of special taunt for Gangplank.
