Brand doesn't even have a 1% playrate mid anymore

I know Riot's attention span is quite small, but isn't the only champion they turned into a dedicated support. I know for sure Meddler has no plans on changing him because he supports and can't seem to fathom things like CSing with or why is disgusting but for posterity, in case new players think was always like this.
