Quit nerfing ap carries that don't deserve the bat. Give Viktor's ult his silence for 1s again so he has a chance against champs like LeBlanc and Kat.

You idiots have been gutting the wrong freaking champions all season. You hit Veigar because bads whine about him and turn him into the definition of a pansy farm champ, you ignore facerolls like Riven and Nidalee completely, and you continue to display your extreme incompetence in coding or understanding of definitions.

Viktor would have remained a top competitive pick if he wasn't globally banned due to a bug.

Competent Viktor players were capable of unloading their full burst on a target during that silence duration. It's gone for the same reason LeBlanc and Talon lost their silences.

LeBlanc doesn't need her silence. She's already oppressive as hell.

Talon didn't lose his damage when he lost his silence, but I would still want his silence back over a 0.25s 99% slow.

Viktor isn't a burst damage dealer like the previous examples. Learn what you're comparing before you bring oranges to the apple pile.

leblanc doesnt have a silence anymore, and im pretty sure viktor never had one. he can interrupt channels though

On release his ult had a short silence effect attached to it.
