Talon is broken because his new jump has way less range than his old one and he has to do an autoattack to proc his passive, which only becomes available after a delay.

The Donger is broken because anything that does bonus damage to minions like Yi's alpha strike or smite kill his turrets easily.

Veigar is broken because he has to turtle for the first half of the game or get blown up every time his E is off of cooldown.
