So Who else hates any dot mage with deathfire torch?

Cause let me tell you what. I just faced Swain, someone I personally love to death as a champion, in the top lane. I'm playing quinn, so I personally knew it was going to be a rough match in the lane. Little did I know his level E paired with deathfire torch and about 30 ap would deal around 400 damage. Yeah . . . Then when i requested ganks, the jungler refused verbally harrasing me blah blah blah toxic league players blah blah blah. Eventually it got so bad that swains E paired with deathfire torch was dealing around 1200 - 2000 damage over time. So can we get this nerfed / make deathfire torch only tick one time off of dot spells? That'd be nice ^_^, as it would prevent the bs of 4 people afk'ing at the fountian leaving me to 1v5 and them yell noob at me from happening. Thanks
