Riot Please Add a Feature Like This - MIF

**TL;DR Make a Sandbox Mode to practice mechanics **

MIF stands for "Mechanical Improvement Feature".And what it does is, it gives you a blank map and allows you to set everything. You would have 100% CDR, infinite gold, and items that upgrade such as Wriggles Lantern and Manamune have a separate buy from their upgraded counterpart. MIF is not a temporary gamemode, because it is 1 player, 9 AI

The things you would be able to set would be of the following.

1. Minions Spawn
2. Champion bot movement (You can set a Bot's AI from 1 to 4. 1 makes them run, 4 makes them foolhardy)
3. In-game champions. (You can change your teammates and enemies. This is a 1 player, 9 AI game)
4. Runes (Being in this mode gives you access to every rune. Any runes that you do not own cannot be used outside of this mode.
5. Minion / Monster levels
6. Player level
7. AI level
8. Etc

So in a way, you have the control panel. But really why I have this idea is because there are some champions who I want to learn their mechanics and practice them. I've been wanting to practice my Lee Sin Q > Ward > W > R moves, but it gets hard in a normal game because you don't always get the chance. And in a custom game, you still have the annoying cooldowns and the AI's failure to "cooperate". So with this idea, everyone can get the chance to see which of their Ryze combos does the most damage, or practice reaction times on Katarina.
