he's still one of the better top laners. at worst he might be tier 2 because Lethality is so good on champs that already best him in lane like jayce and riven

He isnt god tier ( wasnt before nerfs either ) But right now with the lethality buffs his counters like Riven/Jayce got overtuned so if he happens to lane these two its hard to deal with them effectively till the point he outsclaes them. he is still a good pick to bust them aids tanks like Poppy/Mao/Naut but he is no longer the pick him into everything status ;p. Good champ nonetheless if you take out adc melting him and denying his healing with autoattacks all the tanks who out perform him in teamfights unless he gets a reset or the triple hp bars the targets he has to kill get.
