Only encourages snowballing for the opposite team. Tanks are back into season 4 meta. Get melted in 2 seconds unless you are on the winning team, you will always be one step behind when it comes to buying armor. And the worst part is you have to pay more gold for a bootleg armor item that sucks. We saw this coming from a mile away and it was the exact outcome expected.
