Can I even disenchant that for ORANGE ESSENCES?

Why the reward has to be a champion that I dont even own and like ?? Im not even interested in playing that champion in the future

Cant RIOT think about another way to reward players that doesnt want that skin???? If i can get orange essences is fine i Guess, but the rewards for an ENTIRE YEAR OF RANKING should be different

Even an orb is better than that to be honest.

Riot should just give people a Victorious token to let them get any Victorious skin they want...

Unfortunately no. If you dont own them it also unlockes that champion automatically alongside the skin.
