Nowadays in the current meta of excessive mobility and range and champions dealing more damage than ever, turrents should deal more damage, i cant believe a lot of champions just dive easily without enough punishment under the turrent

In the tutorial of the game they make clear that the term ''Under turrent'' is extremely dangerous as its a protection of enemies

Riot should increase the damage of turrents and actually make them dangerous , so if you are gonna dive you better think twice...[slayer-jinx-wink]

a suggestion that is very old but back then got a ton of upvotes was

make turrets damage do 50% magic and 50% physical damage. so top laners (which are mostly ad) and supports (which mostly play vs ADcs) dont go 1 armor item and then can afk under the enemy tower cause it doesnt tickle them anymore.

remove plates. literally covered a turd in golden toilet paper. it used to be "die once, tower is gone" now its "die once, enemy gets plating gold worth 2-3 kills" which is actually worse if you ask me. at least if your tower was gone, the enemys had to go super deep to kill you again. it was a good thing.

copy paste the only good thing from twisted treeline. the nexus tower. it has 3 times the attackspeed of every other existing tower. it actually hurts. and it doesnt die in a 1v1 to a super minion.

make towers stronger every XX amount of minutes. literally noone gives a fuck about towers after 15min into the game. even the adc can tank them for a bit cause they dont matter.

There's been a variety of suggestions for buffing towers, but I think we should start with removing the gold reward for each plate and tower destruction, having more control of the map should be reward enough. A couple of my favorite suggestions I'd read years ago (can't find the original posters now); were to have the towers apply grievous wounds on hit to cripple tanks and life-stealing champs from camping you under your own tower, or to apply the grounding debuff on hit to stop assassins and other high-mobility champions from being able to ignore turrets. Either way is fine with me, but I'd also like to see their aggro being fixed, their attacks are supposed to be undodgable, yet several champions that can go intangible easily ignore the damage and reset the targeting. But yes I agree they do too little damage, and take too long to scale up.
