Matchmaking lose streak means my play means nothing

So what keeps happening?? I go on a huge winning streak with great teamates who are skilled then right after I go on a huge losing streak with teammates who are monkeys. It's so apparent that this is happening now and it's completely frustrating. It means no matter how well I played Riot will match me with monkeys after every winstreak. So basically my play means nothing....

Thanks Riot for making matchmaking garbage.
