What do you think about Zilean?

I can see how pre-"balance" Zilean was a bit toxic. Point and click massive nuke that could quickly become oppressive in bot lane. At the same time, he was so squishy, and had huge mana costs early on, that landing a Death sentence or some hard CC on him was almost a guaranteed kill. High risk, high reward. Also, his ult CD being reduced by his W was effectively a GA every team-fight. Fun yes but I'm not sure about balanced.

Idk though, now he just seems more trouble than is worth it. His Q now imo is one of the hardest skill shots to land in the game. Xerath ult basically on his Q...say what you will but i think it is very difficult. Seems like he's been shitlisted but i am wondering what anyone thinks about his changes/possible ideas to help him out.

Now he seems insanely high risk, very little reward. Does not help that landing his Q on a champion in a minion wave is even harder since the darn things like to hop to minions.

it's rather infuriating to have to micro so hard to land some bombs on say , while he just point and click kills you with one rotation.
