Sylas' Ult Would Have Fit Neeko So Much Better

In my opinion, it makes more sense because with Sylas changing himself to look like the champion whose ult he steals I feel like it should have been in a kit for someone who can copy identities and having the idea of being a chameleon.

I understand Neeko can only change form of her allies but honestly if she could have changed her form with her W to be anyone it could help her roams much better as she could pretend to be her enemy coming to help.

With the ult stealing ability, let's say Neeko could transform into someone on the map, steal their R, and look like them while using their abilities. So her R could make her be a mirror match to whomever she is facing. If she uses it on a Nidalee on the enemy team for example, she gains the ability to use her cougar form and switch between Nidalee's forms, maybe for a limited amount of time or something or until her passive allows her to change back into Neeko or someone else. And maybe she could do this for allies too, or maybe just allies and actually use their abilities. One of her quotes even is "Life as a Garen is very bland. Just swing sword around", something like that, so she should be able to do more than just auto attack and actually use his E ability.

It was just something that crossed my mind because her ult now doesn't seem too creative and in my opinion she got a bit boring after the first week. I feel like as a chameleon and being able to change into someone the ult stealing would've benefitted her better.
