R-Melee Q-W-Tiamat-AA with Duskblade
When you proc R the first time when they are melee already you can strike them and position behind them to get the second R tick down too which automatically happens when you attack or use a Skill, so get behind them, use a crit Q then move a Little Forward and then W into them from the front again. why that? they might definetly panic flash away so be just a Little patient before tossing W so you can chase after their flash with the W slow and proc your passive, also duskblade and tiamat procs for bonus damage.
R+auto+Melee Q+extended range auto+W+auto.
Tiamat between auto and melee Q if you have it, that's probably the best place to cancel it.
As Q is an auto attack reset you get an extra auto off by exiting your ult with an auto. The reset'd auto also has 225 range making it ideal for this situation where your opponent is running and may have left your normal 150(?) auto range.
